At Die Sterreweg we understand the importance of routine for our children. Everyday starts with a full school morning ring and then each class has their own lesson and timetable for the day.
Routine and repetition is a vital aspect in learning. This creates comfort for children and prevents students from being distracted. This can become wasteful of time and interfere with learning. Minor frustrations and inconveniences are fewer and students are able to focus on learning.
Teaching time becomes more efficient when students have a routine that they are comfortable with.
Our little star this week was our Lithemba who managed to, for the first time, run through all of his days of the week, months of the year and seasons without any assistance from his teachers!
