Keeping everyone busy, healthy and motivated has and still is one of our top priorities with all of our children whilst they are at home. Keeping our creative gears in drive with designing and creating beautiful art work and our bodies fit with exercise.
Each year our youth design and make beautiful cards for the lovely ladies at Die Sterreweg in celebration of Woman’s Day which was celebrated on 9 August – this year, these beautiful cards were crafted at home and shared with our ladies on their visits.

Included in the workbooks supplied by work books given by the Department of Education CSPID* Team that we have been working through, there are wonderful exercise ideas. One of these is garden yoga! The children are challenged to assume various yoga simple positions.
These simple movements are great for our children and can also be practiced inside on a rainy winters day. Not only is the yoga a fun activity, but also helps to increase flexibility, muscle strength and tone.
