Staged Trail Duo (25km MTB, 10km Trail Run) (Race Start: 7.00am & 8.30am) R 250 per athlete

6 km Trail Run (Race Start: 7.30am)   R 180 per athlete
25 km MTB (Race Start: 8.30am)  R 180 per athlete

900m Swim (Race Start: 10.30am)  R 180 per athlete
Kids of Steel – Swim & Run (Race Start 11.30am) (age: 6-12)  R 100 per child
