The Challenge kicks off with the African X in Grabow this weekend, a three-day trail running stage race covering over 80km of unbounded beauty and freedom. Running this with a good University running friend, Tim Chambers.

Right after the African X is the Cape Epic, Alex Bezuidenhout and myself will be riding as Team Sabrina Love this year.

We’ll be in Pink, we’ll be in the mountains and we’ll be spreading Sabrina’s Love every day for the next week. We’ll bring the Gees and show the Love and we need you to donate to the fantastic cause that is the Sabrina Love Foundation.

The challenge is to spread Sabrina’s Love all year long while competing in mountain races across the country.
