Your entry fee goes to the Sabrina Love Foundation. This is what the Foundation did for children in Plett and the Bitou region in 2025.

It all started with Sabrina.
Sabrina Lubner was born in 1996 with a rare bone condition that meant she could never walk or sit on her own. She still lived a full life. She drove her own electric wheelchair, rode ponies, sang and painted with her mouth. She passed away in 2003, just before her seventh birthday.
Her parents, Tony and Suzy Lubner, started the Sabrina Love Foundation in 2004 to care for disabled children and their families in Plettenberg Bay and the Bitou region. Over the years they have built the Summer Challenge into one of the biggest events in Plett each December, and the whole town wears pink for it.

Inspiring inclusion
Holistic Care
We provide nurturing, comprehensive care addressing the physical, emotional and developmental needs of children with disabilities.
Inclusion
We champion the inclusion of children with disabilities, enabling them to learn in mainstream schools, engage fully in their communities and participate in everyday life with dignity and belonging.
Empowerment & Awareness
Helping children live the life they deserve, while equipping their families and teachers with the knowledge and skills to support their journey to independence.
We envision an inclusive society where disabled children and their families thrive alongside others, fostering empathy, understanding and shared opportunities.
